The Easy Package
$300
2 hours of service — lemonade made to order for 50 people
Choice of Classic Lemonade, Raspberry, Lavender, Strawberry, or Coconut. Sugar-free options for all.

3 hours of service — lemonade made to order for 100 people

Self-Serve Package
$75/day setup fee
Beverage dispensers and a serveware station setup for guests to help themselves.
Required: A minimum purchase of 6 gallons of lemonade is required in addition to the $75/day setup fee.
Up to 100 cups included. Any additional cups will be charged $0.25 per cup.
Ice is available as an add-on for $10 per 10 lbs and is not included in the package price

Base package
2 six-ft tables, 2 black fitted tablecloths, and our 10×10 yellow tent.
Heads up: the prices above are the rental fee only. There is also a refundable deposit, paid up front:
Options 1–2: $100 deposit
Options 3–4: $150 deposit
Wheeled ice chest add-on: $50 deposit
You get the full deposit back when everything comes back clean and undamaged.
A few simple rental terms
Late returns are $25 a day for each extra day, for up to 3 days. If equipment is not returned and no arrangements are made after the 3 days, the customer loses their deposit and will be required to pay the total cost of all equipment.
Cups, lids, and straws are yours to keep. Only the tent, tables, tablecloths, coolers, and tools need to be returned.
All rentals are pickup only in Mandeville, LA.
All ice chests and tools must be cleaned before returning. A $25 cleaning fee applies if they come back dirty.
For everyone’s safety, the renter is responsible for taking the tent down in wind or storms.
All setup rentals are prepaid.
Send your rental inquiry, and I’ll text you to confirm the date and availability. Then I’ll send a Square invoice for the rental total plus the refundable deposit. Your equipment is reserved as soon as the invoice is paid, and I’ll refund the deposit after everything comes back clean.
